What happens to my cards if I downgrade?
Cards above the new plan's limit are paused, newest first — you see exactly which ones before you pay. They keep their content and links, and come back automatically when you add a slot.
Do you offer team or volume discounts?
Each card slot is priced per card per month. Contact sales for custom plans.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking (India). International: credit/debit cards.
Do you offer refunds?
No — all paid subscriptions are final and non-refundable. Use the free tier or a monthly plan to try Zuruni before committing to a year. Full terms are in the Refund Policy linked in the footer.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Yes, from your billing settings. Yearly gets you two months free on INR pricing and four months free on USD — you pay for 10 months (or 8) and keep the full 12.
