Delete your Zuruni Card account and data

This page is for users of Zuruni Card, the digital business card service operated by Kartblue under the Zuruni brand. It explains how to delete your Zuruni Card account, how to delete some of your data without closing your account, what data is deleted, what data is kept, and how long kept data is retained. It applies to Zuruni Card on Android, iOS, and the web at card.zuruni.io.
Delete your account in the Zuruni Card app
Step 1: Open Zuruni Card and sign in to the account you want to delete. Step 2: Open Settings and scroll to Delete account at the bottom of the screen. Step 3: Tap Delete account and confirm that you understand the deletion is permanent. Step 4: When prompted, enter your current password. If you signed up with Google or a passkey and have no password, type DELETE instead. Step 5: Tap Delete. Your account is deleted immediately, you are signed out, and the deletion cannot be undone.
Delete your account by email
If you cannot sign in, or you have already uninstalled the app, you can still request deletion. Write to [email protected] from the email address registered on your account, with the subject "Zuruni Card account deletion". If your account is registered with a mobile number only, include that number in your message. We may ask you to verify that the account is yours before we delete it, and we will confirm by email once the deletion is done.
Delete some data without closing your account
You do not need to close your account to remove individual items. To delete a card, open the card and use its delete option. To remove a saved contact or lead, open the contact and delete it. To remove a profile photo, logo, gallery image, or document, open the card in the card builder, remove the item, and let the change save. To remove only your published card from the internet, delete that card. If you cannot remove an item yourself, write to [email protected] and tell us what you want removed.
What is deleted when you close your account
Deleting your account immediately and permanently removes your user record and the personal data attached to it. This includes your account profile (your name, email address, mobile number, and profile photo), your saved contacts and leads and their photos, and your active sign-in sessions, which are ended. This cannot be undone, and we cannot restore a deleted account.
What is kept, and for how long
Digital business cards you have published are deliberately kept online after account deletion, so that printed QR codes and links you have already shared do not break. They are detached from your account and no longer identify you as the owner. If you want a published card taken offline as well, delete the card before deleting your account, or write to [email protected] and we will remove it. Residual copies of deleted data may persist in encrypted backups for a limited period before being overwritten.
